An anti-terrorism court in Sharkiya sentenced seven members of the blacklisted Muslim Brotherhood group to life in prison and three others for 5-year rigorous imprisonment over violence.
The defendants were found guilty over torching election stations and public property and joining a terrorist group.
The court has released 30 others over the two charges.
