MENA learnt that the final draft law of local administration system, which was prepared by the government, will approve the mixed member electoral system in the local councils' election and back decentralization.

Under the new bill, the judicial arrest will be granted to several workers at the Local Administration Ministry. 

Also, the governor, after getting the approval of the local council of the governorate, will approve the rules of acquiring the state-owned lands that could be used for construction or agriculture.
