Prme Minister Ibrahim Mahlab held a meeting late Tuesday to follow up the efforts exerted to boost security and ease traffic in Cairo.
Cabinet Spokesman Ambassador Hossam Qawish said Mahlab met with Cairo governor, security chief as well as Cairo traffic director and asked them to exert more efforts to secure smooth traffic in the capital.
He also called on them to intensify security campaigns against criminal hotbeds and combat road transgressions and organized crime.
