Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab chaired a meeting to follow up implementation of directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi pertaining to the justice sector and its development plans to facilitate procedures to citizens.
The meeting was attended by the ministers of planning, telecommunications and justice.
Mahlab said that there will be coordination among the ministers of planning, urban development and justice to get acquainted with the experiences of the other countries in encouraging citizens to register the relevant activities in the notary office.
The get-together also took up securing the electronic system concerning electronic litigation and studying the establishment of an up to date complete judiciary complex.
The complex will include judicial facilities as well as an academy for qualifying judicial cadres.
Planning Minister Ashraf el Araby said that the Cassation Court became 100 percent mechanized, adding that mechanizing other courts affiliated to the Justice Ministry is going on.
For his part, Justice Minister Ahmed el Zend said that a bill is being prepared now to expand courts so as to achieve prompt justice to improve services offered to citizens.
