Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab met with Egyptian community members in South Africa on the sidelines of his participation in the African Union summit.
Mahlab said the whole world had understood Egypt's June 30 position that was manifested in the wide participation in the Egypt Economic Development Conference in March.
The Egyptian government is fighting bureaucracy, he said.
Mahlab said he hopes the election law will be issued soon and a parliament elected before the end of the year.
