Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab met on Tuesday with a public diplomacy delegation from Ethiopia to discuss relations between the two countries.
The delegation was led by Speaker of the Ethiopian House of Peoples' Representative AbaDulla Gemeda along with prominent academics and former diplomats.
Minister of Industry Hany Dahy and Egyptian and Ethiopian ambassadors attended the meeting.
Mahlab reiterated keenness of Cairo on Ethiopia's development.
"Only take into account Egypt's inherent rights," he told the delegation.
