Egyptian PM Ibrahim Mahlab

Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab made four surprise visits to some parts of Cairo on Thursday to make sure that services offered to citizens are good.

Following his participation in a celebration of opening a number of Armed Forces factories after their development, Mahlab visited el Waili traffic department, el Waili district and el Waili supply office and Downtown Cairo district.

In el Waili traffic department, Mahlab made sure of the quality of services offered to the citizens and listened to demands of a number of citizens.

Mahlab then headed for el Waili supply office and listened to a complaint made by an old woman, who said that she did not receive the electronic supply card until now despite handing over a request last November.

He also visited el Waili district and underlined the need of paying due attention to cleaning the streets.

He further assigned the head of el Waili district to go to the street and listen to the citizens' complaints and demands.

At the end of the tour, Mahlab visited a Downtown Cairo district and met with the head of the district, during which he underlined the need of giving attention to the services offered to the citizens.
