Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Tuesday met with Salem Al Athaina, the head of the Kuwaiti communication authority.
They discussed ways to boost bilateral ties in the communication field.
"We are very optimistic about the new political leadership of Egypt," Athaina said.
