The Maltese government announced that one of its citizens is missing in the Libyan capital Tripoli.

In a statement released on Saturday, the Maltese government said it exerts its utmost to get more details about the reasons behind the disappearance of a 45-year-old citizen, urging all bodies in Libya to be cautious in dealing with the issue.

The Maltese government again warned its nationals against travel to Libya.
