Mohab Mamish

Head of the Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish met on Wednesday with members of Tamarod (rebel) movement led by Mohammad Nabawi at the Suez Canal Authority premises.
The meeting was attended by Ismailia Governor General Yassein Taher and a number of the governorate's top officials.
Tamarod members were briefed on the New Suez Canal project.
Tamarod is an Egyptian grassroots movement that was founded to register opposition to ousted president Mohamed Morsi and force him to call early presidential elections.
Tamarod aimed to collect 15 million signatures by 30 June 2013, the one-year anniversary of Morsi's inauguration. The movement has become a political party following the 2014 Egyptian presidential election.
The movement helped launch the June 2013 Egyptian protests which preceded the June 2013 revolution.
