A man who was accused of being involved in an attempt to assassinate a judge will be in custody for 15 days, prosecutors said on Monday.

Earlier, judge Muataz Khafagi has survived an assassination attempt outside his house in Helwan district after unidentified attackers planted explosives under his car.
