Residents of a Sharqiya village paid on Wednesday farewell to police colonel Ahmed Ibrahim Badran who was killed by terrorists while on duty in Arish.
In a massive military funeral, the body was wrapped in Egypt's flag.
The mourners chanted slogans condemning terrorism and asking for retribution from his killers.
