Presidential candidate Moncef Marzouki has congratulated Beji Caid Essebsi on winning Tunisian presidential election, Adnan Mansour, director of the electoral campaign of Marzouki, wrote on his Facebook page.
Tunisia’s electoral commission announced on Monday that front-runner Beji Caid Essebsi won the country’s presidential runoff election with 55.6 percent of the votes.
