Mauritanian President Mohammad Ould Abdel Aziz received Amiri Diwan Advisor Mohammad Dheifallah Sharar at the presidential palace in the capital Nouakchott on Saturday.
Sharar represented His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the inauguration ceremony of President Ould Abdel Aziz earlier today.
