Cairo Appeals Court set May 10 for starting the trial of a police officer affiliated to the Central Security Forces over the killing of activist Shaimaa el Sabagh charges.
Sabagh, a leading member of the Socialist Popular Alliance Party, was killed during a peaceful rally on January 24 to commemorate the martyrs of the January 25 revolution on its fourth anniversary near Cairo's iconic Tahrir Square.
