A member of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood was killed and another arrested as they were randomly opening fire at people in Alexandria, police said on Sunday.
Alexandria police chief Amin Ezzideen said the two were opening fire during a rally in the coastal city.
Two others were arrested in the rally over riots charges.
