Tripoli - MENA
A security source at the military council in the Libyan city of Misrata said on Wednesday that foreigners will not be allowed to enter the city except with a work permission and a guarantee from the city's citizens.
The source said the city entry measures were tightened, pointing out the measures also cover Arab and African nationalities.
A suicide bomber attacked a checkpoint outside Misrata days ago, killing several people, a local official said.
