Medium rains hit Alexandria Thursday but did not disrupt traffic flow or navigation at Alexandria and Dekhila ports.

Takeoffs and landing continued as scheduled with no delays at Borg el Arab airport.

Head of Alexandria Port Authority Medhat Attia said ship traffic is also normal at the port.

Water pumping vehicles were deployed in Alexandria streets to prevent the accumulation of rain waters, while Alexandria Security Directorate intensified its services to ease traffic flow.
