The 12th meeting of the Egyptian-Tunisian consular committee wrapped up Friday in the Tunisian capital city of Tunis. 

Assistant Foreign Minister for consular affairs and Egyptians abroad Hesham el Naqib chaired Egypt’s side in the meeting. 

The two-day conference discussed boosting bilateral relations between the two countries, mainly in the consular sector, Egypt's ambassador to Tunis, Ayman Mashrafa said.

Speeding up the issuance of visas for businessmen as well as sports, cultural and media delegations were particularly discussed, he added.
