Giza security agency managed to arrest members of a terrorist cell making explosive charges in Ayyat area.
A security source said Wednesday the arrest is part of security efforts to deal pre-emptive strikes to foil the terrorist groups' schemes.
According to the source, the security agencies arrested Amin Kamel (37), an architect and a member of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood along with others due to their involvement in making bombs.
