Menya Governor Salah Eddin Ziyadah said on Sunday he will lay the foundation stone of a new church in a village of nationals who were beheaded by a terrorist group in Libya.
He was speaking during a meeting with chieftains in Al-Or village.
The decision to build Belief Martyrs Church has been okayed by a panel that had been formed from all concerned parties.
The governor asserted that the state "will impose its rule and no one can break or hinder its influence."
