Migration Minister Nabila Makram received two Egyptian nationals at the airport after being released from Saudi Arabia due to the ministry’s efforts.

The first national, from Kafr El Sheikh, was held in the kingdom over issues with his Kafeel (sponsor).

The second, from Sohag, was detained over an electronic crime but was freed and deported after the ministry contacted the Saudi authorities, Makram said.

The minister said she will start a tour of the US in February with representatives of several ministries to get acquainted with the problems of Egyptians there.
