A military funeral was held Friday for non-commissioned police officer Sherif Nabawi Ibrahim in Sharqiya.

Ibrahim was killed in a blast, which occurred during a manhunt campaign targeting a terrorist hideout in the Maryoutiya district of Giza.

The blast left six people, including three policemen, dead and 13 others wounded.

Ibrahim's body was wrapped in Egypt's flag, while mourners were chanting anti-terror slogans.
