Armed Forces organized on Sunday a religious ceremony on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1438.

Armed Forces top brass attended the ceremony alongside with soldiers.

During the celebration, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi religious affairs adviser Osama al Azhari greeted Egyptians over the occasion of the Hijri year that coincides with the Sixth of October war victory anniversary.

Meanwhile, Assistant Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces Said Mohamed Abbas gave a speech in behalf of Defense and Military Production Minister Sedki Sobhi in which he asserted that Armed Forces personnel are keen on shouldering the responsibility of protecting the nation.
