The Military Production Ministry has adopted a number of important decisions to promote youth for leadership posts within one year.

In statements to MENA on Wednesday, Spokesman for the ministry Amr Fouad said that the ministry decided to establish two companies, named "Abu Zaabal Company for Specialized Industries", and "Military Production Company for Engineering Projects, Consultancies and General Supplies".

The two companies are fully owned by the National Organization for Military Production (NOMP), the spokesman said.

The ministry also set up a plan to reduce the number of employees from 350,000 to 300,000 within five years, without increasing salaries, he added.

The ministry also took a decision to implement a number of training programs in several areas, including e-marketing and marketing research, comprehensive quality, technical and specialized engineering and industrial safety.
