Minya security director Mohamed el Helbawi, accompanied by a number of security officials, inspected on Monday security measures aimed at securing the celebrations of the Virgin Marry festival in Samallout town due to start on May 14.

He met with a number of Christian clergymen in the governorate and said he will step up measures to secure the celebrations.
