Interior Minister Magdi Abdul Ghaffar okayed on Wednesday a limited reshuffle among the senior officers of the criminal investigation departments.
In exclusive statements to MENA, a high-profile source at the Interior Ministry said the decision is meant to render the security performance more effective and to occupy a number of vacant posts.
The reshuffle involved senior criminal investigation department officers in the governorates of Sharqiya, Luxor, Qena, Daqahliya and South Sinai.
