Minya Criminal Court

A Minya criminal court on Tuesday set August 9 to issue its ruling in a case of 119 members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group.

The court ordered also the release of one defendant.

The defendants stood for trial on charges of inciting violence, clashing with the police, vandalism and possessing unlicensed firearms.

Also, they face the charge of killing a policeman and a guard during a raid on a police station in the aftermath of the 14 August 2013 dispersal of MB sit-ins.
