Morocco's Ambassador in Cairo Saad al Alami hailed deeply-rooted ties binding his country and Egypt.
"Both countries should build a strategic partnership in all fields," he told a symposium held at the Cairo International Book Fair on Sunday.
At the same event, Egyptian Ambassador to Morocco Ahmed Bahaeddin hailed Morocco's support to Egypt.
Morocco supported the Egyptian roadmap, which was announced after president Mohamed Morsi was ousted last year, he said.
