Morocco has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that hit security and military headquarters in Egypt's North Sinai late on Thursday.
In a statement on Friday, the Moroccan Foreign Affairs Ministry offered deep condolences to the families of the victims and the government and people of Egypt, wishing speedy recovery to the wounded.
"Morocco reiterates its full rejection of all forms of violence that target Egypt whatever the motives and reasons behind them," the statement said.
It stressed the kingdom's support for the Egyptian government and people in the face of terrorism and Cairo attempts to achieve stability and security.
