Cairo - MENA
Cairo Criminal Court has delayed to December 18 the trial of ousted president Hosni Mubarak's sons Alaa and Gamal and seven other businessmen over violations in the sale of the state-owned al-Watany Bank of Egypt (AWB).
The postponement came to hear the testimony of former chairman of the Capital Market Authority Ahmad Saad Abdel-Latif.
The accused face charges of engaging in insider trading and stock manipulation regarding the 2007 sale of AWB to the National Bank of Kuwait.
