Developing municipalities and the State's administrative apparatus will help settle many problems in Egypt, said the deputy head of the international federation of Azhar and Sufi youths.
In a statement, Ehab Azazi said the municipalities are the backbone of the State and they are the link between the regime and the people.
He urged all bodies concerned to float ideas to fix the State's administrative apparatus which is the key to any country's progress.
