The municipality building of North Sinai's city of Bir al-Abd was evacuated Sunday after threats of targeting it.
Upon a threat to target the building by an unidentified body, security forces rushed to the scene, evacuating the building, said a security source.
Sappers are currently sweeping the scene to make sure it's free of any explosive charges.
