Beheira security bodies on Sunday nabbed a terrorist cell affiliated to the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group which targeted policemen and their vehicles.
The 5-member cell was seized with arms, fireworks, masks and ammunition in their possession.
The defendants admitted that they belong to the terrorist group and planned for inciting violence and riots with the aim of toppling the regime.
Prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
