Navy personnel rescued a crew of a fishing boat from sinking over bad weather and high waves in Port Said, head of the general union of maritime transport workers Adel Abdel El Alim said on Thursday.

The fishing boat sank while it was supplying a ship at the sea, he added.

All crew members were safely saved and brought back to Port Said harbor.

No casualties were reported from the incident, he asserted.
