Vice President of Sudan's ruling National Congress Party (NCP) Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamed said Friday that no talks will be held with the Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North or Darfur armed movements outside the country.

The Darfur Peace Agreement is the basis for any future talks with any of the armed groups, he said.

Hamed called for supporting the ongoing political dialogue in Sudan.
