The New Ismailia city will be the first of its kind to serve people with special needs nationwide, the project's supervisor said on Sunday.
Tareq el Sayyed added that the city is scheduled to be finalized in August and it will be made of 57,000 housing units.
The new city is being created on the eastern coast of the Suez Canal.
