Deputy Head of Future of Nation Party Akmal Nagaty said the new parliament is the most important parliament in Egypt's political history.

In statements on Sunday, he added that the parliament is participating in ruling the country instead of just monitoring according to the new constitution.

The party will wait and see who will run for the post of the parliament speaker then decides, he said, adding that former president Adly Mansour's status is bigger than the post of the parliament speaker.
