Member of the Sudanese government to negotiations with Sudan 's Movement (North Sector) Hussein Hamdy said the preparatory meeting between the government and opposition in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa will be "preparatory and procedural" to pave the way for dialogue.

In statements on Tuesday, he said the movement elements showed flexibility in many issues and that major progress was made in recent talks.

He pointed out that the 10th round of talks dealt with the signing of a ceasefire agreement to facilitate the entry of humanitarian assistant to the needy.
