Libyan rivals

A new session of talks, hosted by Morocco, between Libyan rivals has been adjourned until Thursday, according to an independent team member.

The member gave no reason for the adjournment of the discussions which were scheduled on Monday and Tuesday in the Moroccan coastal city of Skhirat.

The UN brokers the talks.

Libya, which plunged into chaos after the ouster and killing of Moamer Kadhafi in 2011, has two rival governments and parliaments.
