Member of the outgoing Libyan general congress Abdel Qader al Howeili said the upcoming round of the national dialogue among Liyabn parties will be held in Morocco on Thursday.
In statements to MENA Monday, Howeili said the new round of talks will tackle the broad lines of forming a new government.
He hinted at the possibility of forming a national unity government at the end of the coming round of talks.
