An awareness campaign has been launched today to shed light on the new traffic law. "The awarenesss campaign included visits to Bahraini families’ majalis in different parts of the country", said Acting Director of Traffic Culture.
The move aims at highlighting the crucial importance of the law, which will be enforced soon as Bahrain is witnessing a big surge in the number of drivers and vehicles.
The visits highlight particularly main traffic violations which cause fatal and serious accidents, including excessive speeding, jumping traffic lights and lack of concentration.
