The director of the ambulance department in North Sinai on Sunday denied media reports stating that an Arish ambulance vehicle was robbed at gunpoint.
Mahmoud Amer added that such reports are completely false and groundless.
Earlier in the day, media outlets reported that unidentified men seized an ambulance at the Sinai's main city of Arish.
