North Sinai Governor Abdel-Fattah Harhour on Wednesday called on the province's residents not to respond to calls for protests on November 28.
The calls would stir up sedition and are intended to undermine the stability and unity of Egypt, Harhour said in a statement.
He added that the Egyptians should pay more attention to the plots against the country.
