Northern Municipality's Director General, Eng. Yusuf bin Ibrahim Al-Ghatam, called on people of Bahrain to attend the National Day and Accession to the Throne celebrations on 15 Dec 2014.
Northern Municipality in collaboration with the Northern Governorate will hold the celebrations on Budaya Beach at 7:00 PM.
Minister of Works and Municipalities Affairs, Eng. Essam Abdullah bin Khalaf, will patronize the celebration, which includes a variety of events, contests and games for kids, mainly a national operetta titled (A story of a nation).
Al-Ghatam invites all citizens to attend the national celebrations on Bahrain's celebrations of its National Days on December 16 and 17, marking the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 43rd Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 15th Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's Accession to the Throne.
