An officer and a soldier have been injured while detonating two booby-trapped cars near Sheikh Zuwaid police station, a security source in North Sinai said.
Earlier on Saturday, security forces heading to the Sheikh Zuwaid police station suspected four cars on Arish\Rafah road and fired at them.
Only two cars stopped and the troops detonated them.
