The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has welcomed the implementation of the nuclear deal between Iran and six major powers.

The OIC voiced hope that all parties of the agreement will respect this agreement as part of international law.

In a statement Sunday, the OIC hoped that the agreement will contribute to attaining regional stability.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) certified earlier that Iran had carried out all of its commitments under the historic deal, clearing the way for the lifting of international sanctions.
