Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Sultanate of Oman's Representative Sayyid Shihab bin Tariq Al Said arrived in Riyadh Tuesday to participate in the 15th consultative meeting of Their Majesties and Highnesses the leaders of the GCC States, due to start here later today.
