House of Representatives Undersecretary Suleiman Wahdan decided on Sunday to put off for half an hour the opening of the parliament's public session due to lack of quorum.

Under Article 279 of the Parliament Statute, Wahdan said the lack of quorum should adjourn the opening of any public session for 30 minutes.
