International Criminal Police Organisation

The Palestinian government said it submitted a request to to join the International Criminal Police Organisation, commonly known as Interpol.

In a cable released by WAFA news agency on Monday, the Palestine, in its request, stressed its commitment with the International Law and the regulation of Interpol.

More than 130 countries worldwide recognized Palestine and established diplomatic ties with the Arab country.

On April, Palestine has formally attained membership of the International Criminal Court.
